The room at Cicero Rome Center was impeccably clean, with a lovely balcony adorned with live plants. It was also conveniently located near the center of Rome, with excellent restaurants and amenities nearby. The helpful local guide and receptionist, Polas, provided us with amazing tips for our journey and was always available to assist us. Additionally, the room had a useful fridge for storing drinks.
The building was undergoing renovations, so there was some dust and messiness. The decor in the room could have been better, as some of the drawers were not properly fixed.

Genuinely helpful staff, excellent services, and peaceful location so close to the Colleseum and di Treve fountain, the major monuments and the city center of Rome, and metro station and central station. New-fashioned and neat room with an incredible view from the window. Bonus point for a safe, multi-channel TV, and a fridge...

This hotel is conveniently located, allowing travellers to easily visit all of the popular tourist attractions located near the city centre. the spacious rooms provide ample space and storage for the luggage of multiple occupants. Guests will also appreciate the hotel staff’s helpfulness and friendliness.
There is one issue that needs addressing - some members of the hotel staff do not communicate in English fluently.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Rome. First of all, the price was very reasonable for what you get. The rooms were exactly as shown in the pictures, and the view from the balcony was just lovely. The hotel's attention to detail was impressive, from the spotlessly clean bathroom to the big marble floors in the room. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure that everything was in place for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the location was perfect. It was really close to the city center and just a short walk to the metro station. Also, there were nice restaurants and a huge park nearby, so it was a peaceful area to stay in.
All was fine, no complaints.

The most wonderful experience! The staff was amazing and made sure our romantic escape was unforgettable. They offered us a surprise bottle of wine and tasty dessert upon arrival. The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the key tourist attractions. Our room had a beautiful view of the city and we enjoyed sipping our coffee on the balcony.
That the bed was a bit too firm for our liking. the walls were a little thin and we could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

The coffee and pastries offered were delicious and really satisfied my sweet tooth. The location was superbly located within walking distances to some popular attractions. I appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi which allowed me to keep in touch with my family and friends while travelling.
The experience was dampened by the lack of cleanliness and the poor amenities. The towels weren't changed regularly and the room wasn't tidied up properly.

We had a great stay here in terms of location, transportation, breakfast, and staff. The hotel was conveniently located near the metro station, making it easy for us to explore this city without relying on taxis. Additionally, this hotel was so close to all the sightseeing points of the city, which saved us a lot of time. Besides, we really enjoyed the breakfast, especially the huge chocolate croissant and coffee. The staff was friendly and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Nothing that we didn't like.
